Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of FixRamp and to any report you buy. FixRamp is operated by Himo Technologies Inc., a Quebec, Canada corporation (130-5645 Grande Allée, Unit 162, Brossard, QC J4Z 3G3, Canada). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

What we provide

FixRamp sells one-time automated website accessibility diagnostic reports. We scan the public pages of your site against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA using automated testing (axe-core), and add fix guidance from a reviewed library assembled with AI assistance.

• Starter: up to 25 pages, 1 re-scan, USD 249.
• Pro: up to 150 pages, 3 re-scans, USD 599.
• Re-scan: USD 99.

Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout. Canadian taxes (GST/HST/QST) are added where applicable. We deliver your report by email, usually within 24 hours, as a link to a private, unlisted page. Anyone with the link can view the report, so share it with care.

What a report is not

A report is an engineering diagnostic. It is not legal advice and not a certification. We do not guarantee that your site conforms, or will conform after fixes, with the ADA, AODA, the Accessible Canada Act, the European Accessibility Act, WCAG or any other law or standard. Automated testing detects only a portion of accessibility issues; others require testing by people. For legal questions, consult a lawyer.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the website you order a report for, or that you are authorized by its owner to request a scan of it.
• Do not use FixRamp to scan sites you do not own or have permission to test, or to overload, attack or disrupt any site.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' reports, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

We never ask for your passwords, and we do not install scripts, widgets or overlays on your site. We only read public pages.

Refunds

See our refund policy: full automatic refund if the report finds fewer than 5 issue instances, and a full refund on request within 7 days of purchase for any reason.

Intellectual property

You own your copy of the report. You may use it, copy it and share it with your developers, agencies and anyone who helps you fix your site.FixRamp keeps its rights in the site, the software and the fix library, and you may not resell the fix library as a standalone product.

No warranty

The service and reports are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the report is complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service or a report is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, legal claims made against you, or costs of remediation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the district of Montréal, Quebec, unless the law gives you the right to use another forum.
